“Yesterday, picked up a pre-paid one-way rental from this location after ending a cruise Ship docked less than a mile away, so much easier than going to airport. Luckily Uber driver knew to go around back; we were second renters to arrive in what appeared to be 5-8 all at once. Lobby had room for all of us, and our luggage, to stay out of the rain. Excellent location for this strategy.One woman (Sheila) appeared to be alone; stopped cleaning cars to serve us. She was quick as she could be and although I was a bit early for my reservation she was able to get me in a ride. Car was clean, everything great.Curiously, as we were inspecting the car, she knocked on the window of the car next to me to beg a co-worker to "can you please help me? at least until we aren't this busy?" guy stepped out like he'd been asleep, and sorta stood by the car she had been cleaning. After the 5ish minutes to load my luggage, adjust mirrors, etc and drive off, she had two more rentals and he was still standing there staring into space. She was awesome and is handicapped by her co-worker. This is probably why they dont answer the phone (shes busy and he's sleeping, so no ine hears it). Would have massively sucked if not for her. Shiela was awesome: friendly, fast, and really working her tail off to take care of business.”
