“Ireni and Brett are total rock stars! They both went above to get me in and out of my rental car I was driving due to a car accident in my personal vehicle. I dropped my key fob to get into my parking garage under the passenger seat and I tried to get it out with no luck. It’s a $275 charge to get it replaced and I wasn’t about to pay that if I didn’t have to- fast forward, I show up and Brett and Ireni came to the rescue and in the hot of the day they both dug around under the seat of the rental car and eventually found my key fob and they saved the day. Might I mention the branch was busy and they still the time to help me out! I’m forever grateful and I’ll always rent from this location going forward. Thank you for saving the day Ireni and Brett!”

The staff at the counter didn't really give clear directions on how to leave the parking garage (which is a pretty far walk from the desk), but other than that, my experience was great. Efficient pickup and drop off, convenient location by the PATH train, our car was fine, fair price.”

“Taylor was very articulate and helpful!! We had reserved the car beforehand and went to pickup. It took us 10 mins before we were out on the road with our rental. We got a Pacifica Chrysler and it was very clean.
They give you a slip with 2 barcodes, one on the front and the other on the back. Scan both of them to validate at the exit gate.”

You generally save lots of time for a decent price depending on what your work, family and hobby circumstances are.
Only thing for us was the apartments were a little functional. You get a good product considering the alternatives in the area.”

“This is my second time renting from Priceless and the entire transaction was seamless! I spoke with Jen this time and advised her that I'd sold my car and needed a rental for a week. After driving this beautiful Hyundai Elantra I purchased one! If you call them in advance make your payment for your rental over the phone & E-Sign your docs. and your process will be even faster. All the attendant has to do is hand you the keys.Don't listen to antiquated people who perfer to walk inside an office wait forever. Welcome to the 21st Century get with the new era! This location is 2 blocks aways from my place. No more Uber to and from airport rental places for me. The staff members at Priceless are all extremely nice. Ask for Ms. Rose or Jen they will take good care of you.”

“I read a lot of negative comments so before I had to pick up the car I was a bit worried. That was certainly not justified. I came to pick up the car in the morning and there were already three employees downstairs on the ground floor doing the administration. Within 5 minutes we could already go to the 2nd floor to pick up the car. No hard to find. The only negative thing is that the car I rented was not clean, smelled of smoke and was quite damaged and not fuelled with gasoline.”
“I had a good experience here. There was no line and check-in took around 5 minutes. After that I had to wait a few more minutes for the car and I was off. Return was also very fast and the staff was pretty nice both times?”
“This is a good place to rent a car if you are traveling near NY. You can get to the place using PATH. Rental process is different, but works. And return process is also very quick.”
