“Galleria was fantastic to work with. They transformed our home into essentially a brand-new house. This was a major project that included a kitchen gut renovation including relocating the backdoor, a bathroom gut renovation, tearing down two walls to provide an open floor plan on the main floor as well as replacing every door in the house and painting the main floor and hallways upstairs. We decided to live in the house through the renovations (we have 2 children under 4) and they were more accommodating than we could have possibly imagined and fantastic with our kids when the kids were around. With the amount of work being done they went above and beyond when cleaning after the day so that our house remained livable through the process. Amazing craftsmanship and attention to detail on all the work. Kept to the schedule and finished the work ahead of the contract timeline. It was a pleasure having Pietro and the Galleria team in our home. Our family will miss the friendly presence of Pietro and the team, but it is great to have the project completed.”

Techniques to sharpen blade and use whetstones differ person to person. Korin is the kind of place which is instrumental and educational. “Baking is one of my favorite hobbies, and over the years, I've undergone a search for the perfect mixing bowl. I don't like metal - can't stick it in the microwave. Ceramic scratches and looks ugly after you use a metal egg-beater a few times. Every plastic bowl I've tried is too soft - the metal egg-beater starts to pull off tiny pieces of plastic after only a few uses - can't have that in my cake! My goal ultimately became to find a large, sturdy glass mixing bowl. Pyrex would have been my dream, but they don't make anything larger than 4.5 quarts - too small. Whisk was the ONLY store I could find online that carried a 6 quart Duralex tempered glass mixing bowl - even Amazon didn't have it! It was a reasonable price, came in perfect condition, and shipped all the way to Texas much sooner than I expected! Thank you for stocking high-quality products!”

“Our Brooklyn Heights townhome suffered severe water damage due to a roof incident requiring a complete overhaul of our kitchen. Shai came to the rescue, guiding us from start to finish with the end result exceeding our high expectations. He takes so much pride in his work and expertly urged us to make decisions that have resulted in a timeless, beautiful kitchen that has added substantial value to our home. There are so many good things to say about Decori Kitchens, but let me try to name a few: 1) To start, Shai showed endless patience in reworking our kitchen design numerous times to incorporate feedback and ensure I was getting what I wanted. 2) As the project moved forward, he also went way above and beyond to make sure I had all the extra details covered, even though I didn't know I needed them ... beautiful cabinet insides, top-of-the-line pulls, custom coffee containers, LED counter lighting, quarter sewn wood panels, chrome outlet covers, and on and on. It is clear that Shai takes great pride in his work and wants clients to have the best (within budget). Honestly, no detail was too small for him to consider. 3) Shai was very organized, sending calendar invites for key dates, presenting his proposals beautifully, measuring and remeasuring and going the extra mile with updates such as videos to show me the cabinet making in process, etc. 4) Designing and installing a brand new kitchen from scratch requires so much coordination with numerous parties. I never felt alone in the process, since Shai was always responsive in checking on dates, keeping me updated, picking up my calls, advocating on my behalf when we encountered delays with appliances, fabrication, etc. I'll end this review by saying I was not the easiest client, which is probably an understatement. I was engaged in a massive renovation that I hadn't expected or wanted, and doubted many decisions. I am writing this review with the renovation in the rear view mirror and a much greater knowledge base that has helped me understand the quality and craftmanship and incredible eye for design that went into our kitchen. Through sheer perseverance and endless patience and talent, Shai now has a devoted client who wishes she could give him more than 5 stars!”

“Bottom line is that we couldn't be happier with our renovation and fully enjoyed working with Sol and Celia.Here are the details. We purchased our apartment in 3Q 2021. We decided to go with MCKB for a few reasons. First, they had done the renovation of our last apartment (done by previous owner) and we thought their work was first-rate. Second, they were doing another renovation in the building and the owner was very pleased with them. Third, because everything falls under Sol, there is no finger pointing as everything leads back to him.We signed the paperwork in or around December 2022 and handed over the keys for them to begin the renovation on June 11, 2022. We moved back in shortly after Labor Day. The bathrooms were 95% done and the kitchen reached that point in October. By November, everything was 100% done. Right on schedule, despite the many pandemic-related delays, and the work was first rate.Sol and Celia were wonderful to deal with. Thoughtful, responsive, and both possessed of a keen eye for design. To be fair, we did a lot of the design work ourselves, but the suggestions they made from layout to the idea of putting a dry bar into our dining room really made everything sing. We've had a lot of design professionals over to our place and everyone has been wowed.So, in conclusion, easy to deal with and the job came in on time, on budget and beautifully done. What more could you ask for?”

“My custom BBQ was leaking... found out one of the custom hose fittings cracked. Ordered a new custom hose but the manufacturer screwed up on the size of the fitting. Went to General Plumbing Supply and the guys in the plumbing department were very helpful in figuring out what I could use to get my hose to work. Took a couple of minutes... but came back with a series of pieces and they showed me what I needed to get it to work.”
