“Called before I arrived to make sure they were open. The lady answering the phone couldn't speak because it was busy, but she promised to call back. I went to the store anyway and bought my Gerber tub faceplate bracket and linkage assembly kit (97171KT). I asked the man helping at the counter about security screw bits. He quickly determined they were out of stock but advised me on other local options to buy them. On my way home, the woman from the store actually called back to ask how can she help? This was the absolute best customer service and product quality experience I had at a plumbing supply/hardware store!! I installed the tub drain kit and it's much better than the low quality Danco brand I purchased from a large hardware chain store. The faceplate is a much harder metal and the overall mechanics are better.”

“I highly recommend Shai Arviv of Decori Kitchens for kitchen design and/or renovation. I originally had hired a decorator for the project and received a bland cookie cutter solution for my kitchen. I made the right call hiring Shai, who specializes in kitchen design, to replace the decorator. He brought style, innovation and inspired solutions for my limited kitchen space. For instance, there is a support beam that runs through my kitchen ceiling. Instead of just hiding it behind cupboard doors, he lined it with a beautiful wood finish to match the Peruvian wood counter he picked out. He then put glass doors in front so that the beam actually became a beautiful backdrop for display pieces. He fit a little garage behind a backsplash that pulls out, so that my coffee maker wouldn't sit on valuable counter space. A small space under my window, only 4 inches deep, became a cabinet for canned goods. Kick plates under counters became storage for cutting boards and other smaller items. Every inch became interesting, beautiful and special. No details were too small to consider, including outlets and light switches. I enjoy my new kitchen every day and I have Shai to thank for it.”

Aftr the Plumber replaced one of my Sinks with the Home Depot's Copper finnish and Delta's Champagne Bronze Shower fixtures, my Wall painter came in and pulled off the beautiful 'Knockdown' pattern, then a refreshing Spanish Lace Color. I wound up getting Covid, then another couple week scare of the 'Fawn Fire' in Redding, Calif, ?These Gorgeous Tiles in ' Beach Scene' from 'FlekmanArt' add wonders to my Coastal Theme decor. I had a hard time making up my mind from the Flat, or Shiny look, also the Ceramic, or Marble, however, G'ena was so patient wth me answering my questions.... I wouldn't hesitate to order from these folks again! ?”
