“I had an appointment for my 2 year old and did mobile check in. The waiting room was completely packed and there was no one at the service window to answer questions. I did have to wait an additional 30 minutes after I received a text that we were next. But the woman who checked us in and took my daughter’s blood work was amazing. Very nice and patient and made a blood draw for a toddler as smooth as it could possibly be.”
