“In a world where everyone and their grandma thinks they’re a sneakerhead/fashion forward, it can really be an Olympic sport trying to find a decent consignment/resell shop in NYC, at least one that won’t flat out play in your face or give you that snobby condescending vibe. With that said, I came by the shop (pop-up) looking to sell a few pairs of shoes, although I had styles he wasn’t necessarily looking for, Andrew was still able to give me a fair & respectable offer I felt comfortable with. The overall vibe of the place is authentic and welcoming; I didn’t get the chance to browse thoroughly, but they have a pretty solid collection of novelty items as well.Would highly recommend.”

I don’t particularly enjoy shoe shopping because I have wide feet and have usually trouble finding something that fits but Racine was super patient in helping me and educating me as well. Did the scan and they had a lot of solid choices for me to try and choose between. Went home with shoes I know I’ll love. Can’t recommend enough.”

“I love this store and the people who work here! I came in to request a foot scan and was planning to do my own research and try on some self-picked shoes, but Rich suggested a few pairs based on my scan and my goals, so I didn’t even need to think too hard. I wasn’t ready to purchase one then and there, so I asked if I could give it a think and come back another day and Rich was very understanding.
The second time I visited the store, Mark helped me pull out the same models Rich had me try on and I gave them all another try. Mark was very patient with my long decision-making process and was so gracious even if he had to go back and forth to bring up several variations (regular and wide for 3 different sizes) of the pair that I wanted. He helped me make sure I got the best fit for myself, answering all my questions about injuries and form so thoughtfully.
I came out of the store feelings really good not just about my purchase but my overall experience with Mark and Rich! I never felt rushed, pressured, or neglected and it was so delightful to go through the process of choosing a new pair of running shoes that would have otherwise been agonizing for me if I had to do it all on my own or didn’t have pleasant people assisting me.
And the added bonus of Feet Fleet is the 60-day return window! I hope to never have to return shoes, but it’s reassuring to know if something doesn’t work out I have a chance to find something more suitable without stressing out too much.”
“Both my husband and son needed suits for a special occasion. Usually, shopping with them is a little tedious and takes forever. Not this time, we were in and out in about 30 minutes! The man In the suit department knew exactly what we needed, sizes, everything. He was a great help, which was really appreciated. We also got help picking a shirt for my son from the woman in the front, and we were done in no time. They made it so easy! Great place, been here forever and hope it stays forever.”

“This place is an OK place to shop for a last-minute shoe. Understanding that this is not A top designer store but what would you expect for a $25 shoe? It's a great place to come for a pair of loafers to take on a cruise or just a nice summer day to relax in. So again I think the store is a wonderful place for a last minute shoe that still has a nice look and somewhat of a OK feel. ( it's a $25 shoe for Christ sake )”
