Showed me around the building and made sure I knew how to lock and unlock my unit with the lock. He showed me where the bathroom was and complimentary waters and coffee. “Have the gas tank at full. I was given a Truck at half tank while the contract said 3/4 tank. Had to call to fix contract. Also Truck had 100k miles. Still much nicer then any other location. Truck have wheel wells which messing things up if you're transporting pallets”
