“Great service at the office but did not like the price increasing. If you contact them they will lower the price. Looking for price stability, it is only storage”
“Access is simple, but getting a small sports car that sits low to the ground is difficult. There is a concrete pad that must sit 3-4 inches above the asphalt. Getting up and over the pad to get into the storage unit is difficult.”

“I have been with public storage for a couple of years when they were under a different name. I needed to change my unit into a different town and they were very accommodating with that process. The people they have on their front line working with customers are great. In my new unit they gave me a lot to work with until I got my own and I can then give Their lock back. So far, this has been a very very positive experience.”

“The facility is clean, neat and well laid out. My only complaint is that the app to open the front gate was not functioning properly. I called and was told it's an ongoing issue if the power goes out and that IT would be notified.”
“Excellent all around!

Customer service is always pleasant. The gentleman that signed me up initially and just helped me upgrade my unit was extremely helpful throughout the process.

“Shore Storage is clean, convenient and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I have used several storage facilities in the area and Shore Storage is by far the best one. If I ever need to use a storage company again, I would definitely use them. I highly recommend them.”
“I rented a storage unit here today and a nice young lady helped me. Her name is Sam. Her customer service was amazing and she was so friendly and attentive to what I needed. She took her time and answered and all my questions. Lots of patience! I’ll always come to this location. Burnt tavern Rd location!”
