“I wanted to commend Joe for the fabulous, thorough service he gave us while assisting us in a difficult situation. His expertise & thoughtfulness were gratefully appreciated. Wish more employees in the service industry were more like him!”
“Fantastic store if you need help, super sweet people. If you can, talk to Gerard Pineda, one of the best, he was very helpful every step of the way and did everything in his power to get things done for us. Highly recommend.”
“It's rare that I write reviews, but the experience I had at this particular T-Mobile store shook me out of my apathy. The service rep wrangled with corporate to get me a new iPhone with a trade in for my 2 year old Pixel 8. On a follow up visit I had great service with another rep. Highly, highly recommended visit if you need service from humans before the AI overlords take over.”
“Awesome experience switching from the other major carrier to Verizon, dealing with Victor at the Bridgewater 202 location. Great customer service, very helpful and knowledgeable. Saved a decent amount of money each month, as well!! Thanks, Victor (and Jerrel)!”
“William is extremely professional and treats his customers with courtesy and care. He goes out of his way to really get the best deal for you and is a genuine person. A true gem!”

“Our family had an appointment scheduled for 5:30PM today at the Bedminster Verizon store. Celeste saw us immediately and spent the next two and a half hours upgrading our phones, transferring data for both kids and my husband and I while keeping everyone (especially the kids) busy and happy. I am not sure we have ever had that level of service. I think most people dread upgrading and/or changing phones but this experience could not have been better. We will never go anywhere else and cannot say enough good things.”
