“I would like to give the highest praise to Hendry C who helped us two days ago to transfer our cellular service to T-Mobile. The previous day I had been put on hold with T-Mobile's central number for an hour and fifteen minutes and they subsequently couldn't consummate a transfer. I was apprehensive that we would meet the same resistance at the store. Hendry didn't let that happen. Things were complicated because we had previously transferred out of T-Mobile and they had never completely closed our account. Hendry fixed that and took it upon herself to get us a credit for money we unknowingly had paid when we thought our previous account had been closed. It was a hassle for her but she kept calm and carried on. I would also like to acknowledge Saphire who advised Hendry to break our problems into two separate parts and deal with them one at a time. If Hendry were a lawyer I would definitely want her as my advocate.”
“This is the best location! Everyone there is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I needed to add 5 lines to my account, and the sales rep Laila assisted me every step of the way. She was knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole process very easy.
You can really see that the managers work just as hard as the reps, which says a lot about the team. They were very kind to my family and made us feel comfortable during our visit.

My mom had a scare bc her phone wasn't turning on at all and it wasnt a dead battery- it just was blinking with a light and she hadn't backed anything up and was worried she couldn't retrieve anything. This sales person really helped my mom out so well with getting the phone up and running again despite the phone being so old and my mom was so grateful. Just wanted to give her a shout out here! “Our family had an appointment scheduled for 5:30PM today at the Bedminster Verizon store. Celeste saw us immediately and spent the next two and a half hours upgrading our phones, transferring data for both kids and my husband and I while keeping everyone (especially the kids) busy and happy. I am not sure we have ever had that level of service. I think most people dread upgrading and/or changing phones but this experience could not have been better. We will never go anywhere else and cannot say enough good things.”
