“Along with always efficiently processing my package shipments, I want to shout out the staff for helping me get back my lost wallet. It must have fallen out of my car when I got out and the finder posted on social media they had turned it in to the store. The manager even went out of his way to call and put my credit cards on hold until he got it back to me. Very appreciative and a sigh of relief!”

“This was my first time going to this particular UPS, and from the moment I walked in I saw the difference. I was greeted right away by Jose, who helped me with my return, he was pleasant, did not rush me as I have been at other UPS stores, he was professional and friendly. This will definitely be my to go UPS going forward.”

“This store has THE best customer service. I’ve been going to this location for years for shipping, Amazon returns, printing, and even passport photos. Not only is the service itself excellent (“above & beyond”), I literally leave here with a smile on my face every single time. Shoutout to Nick, Shuan, & everyone who works here! Authentically nice humans.”

“UPDATE 2023: Runs efficiently now! Small but serviceable, and the postal persons are friendly and professional! Thank goodness ; )PREVIOUSLY: Very very slow. Inefficient, not at all friendly nor responsive on a personal level. Too bad! I've been to post offices that are Great! This one is tiny and crabby -the entire atmosphere is Crabby & neighbors have said the same. Unpleasant, too bad!”
