“I wanted to write a review on the actual valley website but for some reason I never received a survey to fill out via email. My dad and I have been going to this branch for years when he passed away last year all the ladies were so sweet and caring. Even when he was sick they would still ask about him. This branch has been amazing with helping me with my banking business. My fiance and I opened up a CD with Yrene Avilesshe was simply amazing and helpful. She answered all our questions and took her time to make sure everything was good. She also even did a follow up call to check on everything and asked if we needed any help! I highly recommend her for your banking needs and I highly recommend this branch. They know you by name and the teller Irene is so sweet too!”
