“Very happy here. Vincent (the service manager?) gave me straight info without hard selling me. They did kind of try to upsell me on wipers, but that’s standard these days. At no point, from Vincent to front desk to installer, did I feel pressured. Sorry I didn’t get other names, but each of the 5 different people I talked to rocked. My car dealer is on the thinnest of ice right now, and if I have to spend money on anything not covered by warranty, I’m going to Mavis. You should do the same.”

“Nice staff! Great service. My mom has been coming here and so I trust her recommendation. I needed to get the AC in my car fixed and was told somewhere else that it was my compressor and it would’ve cost me $1200 for the part not including labor. I ended up coming here turns out it wasn’t my compressor at all just an old relay and I paid a 50% fraction. Always get a second opinion and ask why when quoted for something. Anthony and Charlie were the ones assisting me and had no problem educating me. And a special shoutout to Ace for bringing the laughter. Great team work!”

“I have to say very pleased with the service and th staff at this locations. I made an appointment online for services of brakes, alignment and tire rotation. When I took it in yea I was informed that the mechanic was off for th sneaked but they could do the other service and the brakes the next morning. I was good with that as I have a second car. The Manager-to work with as well as pleasant and professional. He explained everything and was up front about the charges. He is truly someone who cars about his customers. All the other staff I interacted with were also professional and pleasant. I will take my vehicles back for other service when needed and it wouldn't require goi g to the dealership.”

“I called Reyes International Tire Shop on a Tuesday morning looking for specific tires. Next day I went down without an appointment and they had them in. They were the wrong size initially but the manager went out of his way to have the driver get the tires and they were there within 30 minutes. Additionally while waiting for the tires they did my rear brakes for me after pointing out uneven wear on the back. Normally, I do my own brakes and rotors at home but the price they gave me i couldn’t say “no ill do it myself”. After the tires and rear brakes were done I can honestly say I would rather drive an hour and a half (because I live far) to have Reyes International Tire do my service, than drive 10 minutes down the road to the dealership! Hands down recommend!”

“Came in with a slow tire leak. Ended up needing new tires and an alignment. They were happy to help and quickly went to work. As they were installing the new tires it was discovered that the stem on my TPS sensor was damaged. They offered an amazing discount on the sensor and got me out the door in short order. Will be back for any future work.”

I’m definitely one of the tougher customers when it comes to shopping for something as expensive as a car, and I originally had no intention of getting an Audi because of the price point. After visiting several dealerships and having terrible experiences with pushy, unprofessional salespeople, I called Allen — and he actually listened. He asked the right questions, understood my needs, and followed through.
I ended up paying slightly more than I planned, but still within my range, and the experience made it worth it. By telling me his honest assessment of what he has in stock, he basically lost a potential sale because it is not what I need. He could’ve lied, manipulated or even tried to bs me in a way to get a sale (like my previous experience)
