“Went there this past Thursday for passport renewal for my daughter and son.... I had all my paperwork screwed up and Hiram (Jay) walked me thru the process to get right!!!
What a gentleman!! We got both my daughter and son's passport applications complete and we were on our way!!!

“I have a PO Box at this location, and was expecting a package. However, the tracking info was giving me a different PO location.
I went to the window and had the pleasure of speaking to Mr. Javier Velazquez. Mr. Velazquez listened and explain to me in detail the process, why I was receiving a different PO location. He checked my info and retrieved my package. I left the PO with my package (I thought it lost).
Mr. Velazquez wasn't nasty and didn't have an attitude. He was very helpful and informative.

“I recently moved to NA and my letter carrier is the most pleasant man; even welcomed me to the neighborhood. I've never had an issue at the post office. The cashier (young man) is nice and quick. Whether I use the counter, the drop box inside the store or the mailbox right outside, everything is delivered without issue. The majority of the low rated reviews are made by entitled people living in NA that are older and miserable. I've seen the entitled behavior first hand. NA is a small town with a tiny post office that is doing their best being surrounded by larger and busier towns in the metropolitan area.”

“I work nearby and needed to mail something important today, a weekday around 10:30 a.m. There were a couple customers in there, but no line. The lady at the counter (didn't catch her name unfortunately) was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. No small talk, just business. Exactly how I like it. I was out within 3 or 4 minutes.”

“Pretty well known post office.Has everything you need from a front desk, drop off boxes, you name it. Staff are quite slow but USPS’s feel understaffed everywhere.Some post offices don’t have drop off boxes so I come to this location to which has plenty of options to send your packages.Bear in mind, post offices are overclocked during the holidays.”

“If comparing Bergenfield Post office, with New Milford, or Tenafly customer services my reviews are: Bergenfield 4 stars, New Milford, few of its customers services 2 stars, only I met 2 of them, 4 stars, Tenafly, there is a man who is rude with people, he used to be nice, suddenly he turned in a rude, nasty person, I think if someone has personal problems never bring them to their job places, nobody it is responsible for its personal issues, we used to go there, since three years ago, my friends and myself stopped going to that place, the other people there, are very nice except that bitter guy.lol.”
