“By far the best experience I've ever had at metro. I went to the one on college dr and gibbsboro road and had a really bad experience. But I finally got the new phone I needed and I even got the better model because it was such a good price. I don't remember the workers name but, THEY WERE THE BEST!!! Helpedme out big time! I've had verizon for 6+ years and these guys quickly reviewed my service plan and found the best plan that worked for me without even being asked (I was there to pick up a router and simply inquired about a possible upgrade for my phone). Not only do they service turntables and vintage radios, but they can also fix more modern electronics. I have a modern Victrola replica with radio, CD and Bluetooth that we use often. After about 10 years it stopped working. The company that made it discontinued production of this model, and I wasn’t a fan of the newer versions currently for sale online. They were able to replace the parts needed to fix the device and it’s good as new. They were great with explaining the cost and process up front and got the job done within days. Highly recommend this business.”
“We had a great experience with Lakes Appliance! We purchased a new range and microwave, and the installation was seamless from start to finish. The installers were professional, friendly, and took great care in our home. They worked quickly, cleaned up everything when they were finished, and made sure everything was installed perfectly.
What really stood out was that they went above and beyond. They noticed our front door hinge was loose and took a few minutes to tighten the screws and fix it for us. They certainly didn't have to do that, but it was such a thoughtful gesture and speaks to the level of customer service they provide.
I highly recommend Lakes Appliance and will definitely use them again for future appliance purchases!”

“First and foremost, I love Target - I always have - their prices, their selection, their décor and their product placement. My favorite color is also red! (Oh, I love their dog mascot too!). My daughter found out online that she could get the sought after Nintendo "Switch" at this particular store. There were literally two left when we arrived and she scored the red and blue one that she wanted so badly (a leather case for it too)! I also got my son two pair of really nice jeans, for only $30 each. The employees were helpful (one w/ jean sizing) and it's just an overall pleasant place to be!”

The workers are very friendly and efficient. I loved their organization system.

“I am truly saddened to hear that this location is closing and moving operations to another state. Stores like this are hard to replace because of the incredible people who work here.
I recently came in looking for a replacement refrigerator. Unfortunately, the exact refrigerator I had taken a photo of had already been purchased earlier that day. I thought I was out of luck, but Jawan Steek went above and beyond to help. He took the time to go to the back and speak with Sam Serarro to see if there were any other options available.
To my surprise, they were able to offer me a comparable refrigerator at the exact same price and it turned out to be an even better model than the one I originally wanted!
Jawan and Sam delivered the kind of customer service that every retailer should strive for. They were professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I left happy. They didn’t just make a sale; they created an outstanding customer experience.
This is exactly what the Best Buy experience should be. Employees like jawan and Sam deserve to be recognized by upper management for their exceptional dedication and commitment to customers. Best Buy is losing an amazing team at this location, and I am truly sad to see it close.

“I had a wonderful experience both times I came to this Verizon location. The first time I brought my broken phone in and wound up trading it in for a new one. Julian was my representative, he was patient, informative, and very helpful. I went back a couple days later and a very welcoming woman and gentleman helped with my phone screen replacement. I wish I knew their names to give them credit. The store is very big, clean and organized, and all of the staff is very friendly. I always used to go directly to Apple for phone repair/issues, but I will not go there again and will always go to this Verizon store. Thank you to the team for your kind service and help!”

“I am not really one to leave a review, but here I will. i walked in this store and i was greeted by Naas, Automatically I said dude I’m so sorry i honestly had a crappy couple days, and I explained. I told him I was paying almost $200 a month for my ONE line at T-Mobile, And I wanted to switch! This man got my phone bill down to about $100 for ONE LINE.We also had a minor issue, but he did get it fixed for me… He was super patient with me and my personal situation I was going through. He is just super nice, and so made sure I walked out of there happy.. I hope Verizon does some type of compensation For their employees when they get good reviews… This man deserves it!!!!! Thank you Naas SO MUCH!!!!!”
“When I walk into the Starbucks at Target I'm usually drained and tired (the whole point of why I order caffeinated drinks), but as soon as I walk up to the counter with my drinks i'm just overwhelmed by how kind and caring the Starbucks workers are, I almost feel like I don't even need caffeine anymore because of how much better they make me feel. The staff at Sunday morning, and I believe Thursday nights are so kind its unreal. The workers that really stood out to me were Sam, Kaylie and Jessie. Also the cake pop is adorable”
