“I just have to say how AMAZING Rebecca is. I am came in the store this afternoon and the store was rather busy. Rebecca took multitasking to a whole new level. She was working with 3 customers at the same time and apologized for the wait. I was having issues with my watch connecting with my phone. She tried to connect it several times and it wouldn't work. She finally called in to Tmobile and was doing all of this while working with other customers. Finally she figured out that my watch was connected to 2 numbers. She did a reset on my watch and finally it was fixed. She made a point to not let me out of the store until she called my phone to make sure my watch was truly connected. She is the best!
