“I had purchased a lawn mower that did not function properly. When I returned it it still had fuel in it which is against their policy. Immediately the manager Oscar got involved and explained the policy issue but still took the lawnmower and approved the return. Outstanding customer service!”

Alan is always more than willing to help me load my car even when I insist that I got it. If something isn't available in the store, they offer to order it or find another store that does have it. The store is always clean and orderly and well stocked.”
