“Today was my first time going to see Dennis. I told him how much I needed to have my car serviced today in order to go into work Monday. He ordered the parts needed for my car and spent all day fixing it so that I could have it up and running for Monday. His prices were fair and I can tell he was compassionate which is what we need in this world. His wife was also so friendly they gave me a box of Girl Scout cookies for my service! So wonderful I will certainly be bringing my car back to him!”

“Great service came in late in the day with a window issues and rain was coming. Although I knew the problem and pointed it out. The front person made the call for the part it came within 15 mins and it was put on in less the 10 minutes. A simple fix but a very important one. “Look no further Jim Bernard IS your mechanic. He hits every high note: he’s ethical, professional, knows his stuff, very affordable, and quick turn around.I originally had my car at a certain franchise shop and I suspected that they had inflated the price of a censor that needed replacing, so I called around (left a few messages), but Jim picked up right away. He asked me a couple of questions then got back to me a short time later with the price. Not only was the part a few hundred dollars cheaper, but his labor/hour was $60 cheaper! He also said that he could get the part by the next day and fix it on the same day, and he did exactly that!
