“Bought my tires from Amazon on Monday (Should have had them shipped right to the store but did not for some reason), Tires arrived Tuesday, Got an appointment for noon to have them mounted and balanced on Wednesday. Came in by 12 left by 2. John was a pleasure to speak with over the phone when making my appointment, he explained to me it’s just a better idea to get the tire shipped to the store, I will Next time! Was greeted by Mike on Wednesday and they took my vehicle in right away. 100% recommend this location, everything was fast and efficient. The communication was on point and courteous!! “BILL! I came in today and had an awesome experience, thanks to Bill. It was a relief to see him at this shop. He does my oil change at the Audubon location. Recently I relocated to Mapleshade and I was a bit nervous to take my BMW truck someplace unfamiliar. My wife suggested that I use the same company but closer location. I was nervous, but happy wife, happy life, right? So I took my wife’s advice and was so relieved to see a familiar face. Bill reassured me that ALL of the mechanics are professionals and we were in great hands. He provided great customer service and consistently checked in with the mechanics to make sure they were doing the best job possible. They were quick and efficient. “Omg. This place really saved me. I was driving home from work when my tire pressure light came on and my tire was leaking so much air that I was running out of time before it was completely flat. I pulled up to Mavis in Delran and asked could they please help me because they were about to close in the next 10 minutes. Remy was so pleasant and helpful he came outside took a look at my tired and noticed the thread on my tires was also pretty low. He took my car keys. “I live in upstate New York and was looking to buy a used car, I wanted to get a pre-purchase inspection since I would be buying site unseen. I found Alexander’s Auto when searching for auto shops near the dealer from which i’d be purchasing. I called Alexander’s to schedule an appointment and informed them of what I’d be doing. They assured me that it was no problem and they wouldn’t provide any info regarding the inspection to the seller, only directly to me. They performed a thorough inspection which highlighted many areas not seen in photos from the seller or mentioned by the seller. Alexander’s also asked good questions regarding my intent with the car to help me make a better informed decision based on the things that needed work as to whether it would be worth the cost needed to get the car in shape. The owner offered sage advice and wisdom on the used car purchase experience and gave me the insight needed to make an informed decision and moreover things to think about with future buying experiences. “We needed our tires replaced before a long road trip and these guys had a nice selection of options on tires in stock. We have a 2015 Toyota Sienna FWD. our tires price all in was going to be $860. While they had the van they upsold alignment which the van did need. They also recommended rear brake replacement. Total was around $1500 for all work. They I called on Thursday afternoon and spoke to a very knowledgeable and professional employee and scheduled for Sunday. Everyone I spoke with were the same. A great experience from initial call to payment.”

“It was serendipitous that I met up with these guys! I was pulling out of a gas station and they were letting me into traffic but then kept pointing at my tire. He ordered the parts needed for my car and spent all day fixing it so that I could have it up and running for Monday. His prices were fair and I can tell he was compassionate which is what we need in this world. His wife was also so friendly they gave me a box of Girl Scout cookies for my service! So wonderful I will certainly be bringing my car back to him!”
