He is an EXCELLENT clerk who went completely above & beyond to help me with my mailing needs today and to make sure that my fragile item gets to its destination in one piece. He guided me towards the right path in the way that I needed to mail it out, was friendly and exuded GREAT customer service skills! ....Sometimes you can walk into a post office and are met with rude, unfriendly clerks (I think lots of clerks at other locations have a universal bad rep for that) so it was refreshing to walk in, feel welcomed and respected. “This is the BEST UPS store in New Jersey. Wonderful knowledgeable sales associates so very kind and helpful. A very nice red-haired young man and a sweet dark haired young lady go out of their way to help. They were able to help me print my 2024 W2 copies to be filed with my tax return. “One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. I had an awful time at a nearby post office branch & came here instead. The service was amazing & the employees are incredibly nice & knowledgeable. I was honestly going to switch to a private carrier for my shipping after such an abysmal experience at the Bordentown branch, but I'll be coming here from now on for all of my shipping. “While this location appears understaffed, the team here is effective. You might get a bit of an earful if you need extra help or make a mistake, but the bottom line is that they are helpful and get the task finished. It’s a functional, no-nonsense post office.”
“UPDATE: Thankfully, everything is cool now. I talked to someone at USPS who apologized profusely, and since I’ve returned to this Usps, we have been amicable. I understand how hard the job is and hope they know it’s very much appreciated! ?
I’ve shipped items here and always got an attitude. I had an issue with an order where it said the item was out for delivery before they received and scanned it. I’ve gone in twice to see if the order arrived, and then were rude. Today, they were really hostile. I tried explaining it to the employee, and he said it was deliveried. Then then he begins to tell me I dont know how mailing works and how its probably in bellmawr. When i tried to explain it to him again he interrupted and said “I’ve always had attitudes with them.” I’m partially deaf, and have some issues relating to a car accident so I’m unsure if we misunderstood one another or he thought i had sarcasm/attitude, however, the treatment was very rude. The gentleman took my phone from me and refused to give it to give back to me, “until i listened”. I didn’t and I reminded him its my property, had to say that 3 times before he gave it back and said ‘ get the hell outta my building.’ like he’s a FEDERAL EMPLOYEE stealing my phone to prove a point until I listen to them? I’ve never been treated like that, and I thought I was being nice to them over the past weeks try to have small talk. Clearly I was wrong. They must hate their job. They didn’t understand the issue on multiple occasions and when I try explaining politely by saying, “no you don’t understand,” I get interrupted and have to engage in something I didn’t want to be apart of. i get told to get the hell out. I’ll stop coming here and go to a different usps if they don’t want to help me.”
“The customer service in this store is second to none the woman Marie who is typically there when I go is by far the most helpful pleasant and knowledgeable person. Marie took care of me like I was her own family at a critical time for me sending packages to my son in the military. Marie should be recognized everyday for outstanding skills representing the company! 100 stars for Marie”

“This UPS store on base is great. Sunny was so helpful and professional. He notarized some forms for us. We were a little confused about where to sign and what needed notarized and Sunny walked us through it. He had notarized the same type of form in the past and knew exactly what to do. He even told us where we needed to go in order to mail the forms using our prepaid label. We will definitely use this store again.”

“Staff is always remarkably approachable and helpful. The driveway to the parking area is easy to miss, but has always had ample free parking.
A point of note: This location is not very accessible to people with ambulatory disability, which is the only reason I removed a star from otherwise five star service. The entrance to the building is up a set of stairs and there is seemingly no ramp or alternate point of entry.”
