“This review is long overdue. To cut a long story short, this is most likely the best apartment building I've ever lived in, regardless of whether it's on the east or west coast. Aside from the beauty and amenities of the place, of course, the staff is the most critical aspect of any apartment or condo building, and this is where Spring Garden really shines. I've already mentioned the maintenance worker. Diana is really good at what she does, and I could say that the owners manage this company effectively and efficiently.”

I must give a huge shout out to my Leasing Agent Yanice Mc Mullen who did an amazing job to ensure that all my questions and concerns was taken care of.
I admire her tenacity in ensuring that a challenge that occurred when moving in was resolved by the team. I noticed that the initial unit that I was to move into didn’t have a dishwasher unit. I immediately contacted her to express my disappointment because all model units viewed had one which I was also expecting. She was very apologetic and expressed that she didn’t know that there isn’t one in that unit. I was very pleased to see how the team worked with me and get me transferred to another unit that has a dishwasher in 24hrs. The appliances were fairly new, the apartment was very clean. The staff overall very polite and friendly.”
“I have lived here 3 years, and have had so many positive experiences. The property is well maintained and lovely to walk with paths, a lake, and great amenities for dog walking. The maintenance, property management, pool, and clubhouse are all amazing. The community surrounding the complex is a pleasure with everything you need close by, clean, safe, and attractive. It is a pleasure to call the Club at Main Street our home!

“Very friendly and informative staff. Worked with the lady Marissa. I wanted to look around at different units and she was extremely helpful. She knew the property well and showed me all the perks. One of the biggest things was the fitness center. That's big for me. The fact that it's open 24/7 is a bonus. I wish all places were as friendly and helpful as here. Marissa Will definitely be my go to person from here on forward.”
“We visited here today and it's quite lovely. The neighborhood vibe is suburban and clean with a nice feel to it. The apartment layout is well designed and in great condition. The rental office staff are professional and friendly. They have a pool and other amenities. I highly recommend Burnt Mill Apartment Homes.”

“Pablo and Guy are the best maintenance guys there are. Anytime there is a problem in my apartment they are quick to get it done. They do an amazing job.
Also Meredith in the office is quick to answer questions and explain things to where anyone can understand it. She is the go to for anything”

The maintenance calls are always fast and helpful. The location is also undeniably coveniant. It's with in less then 10 minutes to everything.”
“After living here for a year now, issues come and go however, my over all rating from 1 to 10, is 9.0 like the convenience of the shopping Sprouts, Target, Chipotle, Chase bank, Wine and Spirits store, Starbucks and now the new Giant across the street, moreover, I like not just for these reasons my living space is perfect for me, with the all new appliances and washer and dryer in apartment and a very friendly staff from the care takers, cleaning folks, front desk folks and maintenance folks and the management staff, I also can walk to work if I wish. I signed up for another year of living at Lincoln Square . Thanks again I love it!”
“This is a great place to live! I lived here twice in the past and spent 2-3 years each time. What I love: The quiet! The maintenance team! The turnaround time is quick for maintenance and they are kind people that don't treat you like a number. They are truly concerned about fixing the issue. They get to know you and wave when they see you. The landscaping is always on point especially during inclement weather. The complex is in a residential area with nearby shopping/restaurants/pharmacy in walking distance. I highly recommend Laurel Hill Apartments. I would return here if my situation were to change.”
“I used to live here a few months ago with my husband it was our first place together as newlyweds and I never had any issues maintenance was also top tier and the ladies at the office are sweethearts. Only reason we left is because we moved to Florida. This week I accidentally ordered to the apartment I used to live in and the package was delivered today and Julia was kind enough to call the current residents if they could take the package to the leasing office like THANK YOU? I’m also grateful to the residents for being kind enough to take it. Anyways definitely recommend it’s very quiet and peaceful and clean. Thank you again I’m very appreciative.”
“I lived at Chadwick Village for 6 years. I enjoyed how spacious my unit was with ample walk-in closet space. Maintenance was always responsive with all of my requests. The community is quiet and clean. Overall, I had a pleasant experience there.”

“Newbie resident here. My hubby and I moved back to WD after years of full time Florida residency. It was not an easy move to make and delays (on our part) created anxiety. The manager Lilly, the Community Ambassadors Shirley and Ann took it all in turn helped tremendously in smoothing the transition. They were very welcoming when we finally got here. When we met another Community Ambassador, Ben, we knew we found the right place for us. Our few encounters with Jose and Bob,two of the maintenance techs, showed their pride in their upkeep of the complex.We have met several of our fellow residents and all have been helpful and friendly.One issue keeps that 5th star blank but I fully expect to update with that 5th star once we discuss it with Lilly and she addresses it.”
“I had the pleasure of living at Brookview Manor for three wonderful years while attending RowanSOM, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the start, I was impressed by the affordable rent, making it an excellent choice for students/residents on a budget.
Parking was never an issue, with plenty of spaces available, so I never had to resort to street parking. The laundry facilities were always clean and readily available, which made a significant difference in my busy schedule. The location is incredibly convenient, with many stores like Rite Aid, CVS, and USPS just a short distance away.
The rooms were well-maintained and spotless, contributing to a comfortable living environment. The super was fantastic—always responsive and quick to address any issues, ensuring everything was taken care of promptly. Moving out was a breeze, and I received my security deposit immediately, which was a relief.
I also appreciated the security of the building. I never had any issues with stolen packages, and the neighbors were always friendly and considerate. Despite some negative reviews I read before moving in, my experience was overwhelmingly positive, and I highly recommend ignoring those critiques.
Overall, I have been incredibly impressed with Brooklyn View Manor and would happily live here again. If you're looking for a clean, affordable, and convenient place to stay with excellent management, this is the place for you!”

I even assisted someone to move here and they love it as well. It has schools in the area and an array of mini malls and pharmacies. Check it out and when you fill out an application, tell them I sent you!❤️”
“Rent is good, due to covid I put my extra money into Apt with all the fixtures, heat/air registers replaced. Paint, patch. Not waiting on maintenance (they are good prob stretched thin).Did all repairs myself. Need new fridge guess I'll end up buying that as well.They fixed toilet so many times they could have replaced with a new one (poor Rhonda downstairs).Also expanded the kitchen counter top, and ceramic tiled it.Whoever eventually gets this apt. They are getting what will probably be the future sales display model.No theft, lots police presence, action always at arborwood.”
