“Shopped here during small business Saturday and would recommend. They have a great selection of toys and I loved that they had a little play castle area in the back where my daughter could be entertained. They also included complimentary gift wrapping - SUCH a nice touch!!!”
“BEST COMIC SHOP EVER! The guy that works there (Bill) is really nice is always talking with customers and it's really nice I went there once and bought a $200 bundle of the first 25 spawn comics. One thing I really like about the shop is the pull list. The pull list is a thing were you can pull new comics that come out that week and he will keep one aside for you so you can get it when you go next. Overall nice staff and nice selection of comics”

“If you're in search of inexpensive items that may not be a well known brand, this a good place to check out. It's not neat and tidy and the selections available vary widely from week to week, so going there with the intent of picking up a very specific item will not always work out. Having said that, it's a great place to wander around and search.”

“Love this store! It's always so clean and organized. The kids enjoy playing with all the demo toys and it's a great way to see what they are interested in. Staff is so friendly and helpful. They also have craft days with wikki stix twice a month. My oldest really enjoyed them the one time we went. They also have a lot of bulk items for teachers and things to decorate their classrooms.”
“Do you ever get that hankering to read a comic book like when we were kids? I don't actively read comics anymore, but comic book stores are just a fun place to visit. Stories of will power overcoming fear are far too rare these days, but they don't have to be.”
“Found some goodies there. Found a Haslab Galactus unopened. The shop is so unassuming from the quaint surroundings of Merchantville; but, when you walk in... whoa!!! I had to use triage for figuring out what I wanted to buy. I will definitely be returning.”
“I went in to the store in my search for the dumplings. Trying to put a smile on my kids faces. The male manager (sorry I forget his name, it was this past Saturday around 430pm) saw me searching and asked if he could help me. I explained and he was so kind to explain how the trucks come in and what to do to get ahead of the crowds before they sell out. That was so incredibly kind and something he didnt have to do. My daughter left there so happy even though empty handed because he was kind enough to give us enough information to come back. Great customer service and something you dont really see anymore!!!”

She got it ordered to be shipped to the house which is great because we don’t live nearby. “There are roughly 7,100 different languages in the world, and absolutely none of them have a word that could accurately describe the kindness and compassion the employee Maya brings to her job at this Build a Bear every single day. I brought in a pride axolotl build a bear that was made on a date with my toxic ex-partner. Inside of the axolotl was a sound chip of his voice I wanted removed. Maya went above and beyond to make my pride axolotl more than just tolerable— she gave it a completely new life! I have never seen an employee spend so much time and effort making sure the seams were perfect. She even did an entirely new heart ceremony with me! I have seen her a few times, and she is always the most upbeat, kind, and fun employee in the entire mall. Tonight, I went in to treat myself to a new capybara build a bear to celebrate being one year clean, and was absolutely delighted to see Maya again. She was on her way out of the door when I came in, as I arrived right before closing, and had already clocked out, but stayed and said and celebrated my milestone with me despite being done her shift. Maya has restored my faith in humanity bit by bit with every interaction. The company is SO lucky to have her!!”

“Ordered on a Saturday evening, they are closed Sunday and Monday: notified order was ready on Tuesday, it was delivered to my house on Wednesday. Packed very well even though the Ups guy threw it onto my stone porch ( I saw him do it), the contents were undamaged. Price was slightly lower than their competition so good deal all around.”

“My daughters absolutely love this store. It feels like a magical experience. We love the tiny aisles and never know what we are going to find. It truly feels like a hidden little toy shop in London. The employees are always kind and they sell brands you won't find in Target or Walmart. Prices are also great!”
“I visited the Deptford store Which is store number 08178 As soon as I walked in there, I was greeted, which is very nice and pleasant. I was shopping for toys for tots for the company who I work for Jersey Boys plumbing . From start to finish the entire store was a big help, especially at the checkout line where I met Dominique and she Was great she helped me check out and kept me within the budget we had and explained to me everything every step it away Highly recommend

“This place is awesome. Floor to ceiling toys and collectibles as far as the eye can see. It’s a bit overwhelming at first but in a good way. They have almost everything and even when they didn’t have what I was looking for the people running the place were very helpful and even gave me a tip for where else I could look. I recommend this place big time if you’re a big toy geek like me. This place rules!”

“I've been visiting Hall of Heroes since they were located in the Echelon Mall, right downstairs by RadioShack. It's such a fantastic comic book store with much history, and I always enjoy my time there. Definitely one of the best spots in South Jersey for newbies and veteran collectors!”
