“This store has EXCEPTIONAL customer service. I was dealing with a complicated issue with my Internet for business and the customer service people told me to go to the store to swap out a broken router. Tanuj was incredibly helpful in trying to get the new one activated- unfortunately complicated by me not hailing a voice line with them.i don’t know the name of the young man working with him but he was also great, (this was Saturday 2/10). .Tanuj figured out a workaround. Unfortunately- through no fault of his- the new router was also defective. I went back yesterday and was helped by the manager Luis- he ended up having to try a few routers, including getting one from another location.His consideration, helpfulness, and patience are beyond words. As a long time Retail/restaurant worker, I was amazed at how he kept his cool even when dealing with corporate via phone when they just wouldn’t pay attention to what he was trying to explain,The You g man working with him was also amazing. I. Was there for over an hour while Luis figured things out and I witnessed nothing but great customer service the whole time.Bravo, and give all the employees there a raise. They deserve it.”

“I found 1SC through Angie's List when we were building our new house. Ryan came by to discuss how to beat wire the house for A/V and the first impression was excellent. Ryan comes with a vast expertise in this field including knowledge of the latest home automation and technology. Never did he try to upsell nor pressure me. He was very consultative and inquisitive of how the right technology could provide the user experience I was looking for. The BOM and pricing was straight forward. The 1SC install team is second to none and did an awesome job setting everything up and Ryan was right there to ensure what we had designed was implemented. A few post install questions were quickly answered. A year after the House was done we leveraged Ryan for the basement man cave and the experience again was excellent. I'm happy to say that we remain a happy client of Ryan and 1SC and highly recommend them.”

“SHOUTOUT TO CHELSEA!!Called customer service # Wed am. On hold for 40 minutes - Hung up. 400 pm. Another 40 minute hold. Tried text. Ellen at the other end wanted me to put this through insurance, bc she didn't know a simple troubleshoot like RESET network. ?♂️I'd had enough, and went into my local shop here. Chelsea reset my device, and in 10 minutes, everything was back in order.As customer svc totally sucked (one of the reps said he was disconnecting the call, so I disconnected, but then he called back- no thanks, too little, too late, bud...)This is 0% reflection on this store, but *CORPOŔATE TAKE NOTE AND PLS DO BETTER *.This resolution was so simple- took 90 minutes to get horrible, incompetent svc. by phone, and only 10 minutes in-person, to fix the bugs. It's really not that complicated.Chelsea & the gang: 5.Customer Service: 0.”

“We were shopping around for some basic, affordable appliances. Fairfield Appliance Outlet supplies open box appliances with savings of 30-40% compared to Home Depot and Lowe's. New shipments of inventory are delivered every 2-3 weeks. They are open 7 days a week from 10-6, Sunday: 1-5 (hours may have changed). Their products are in great condition and supply name brand inventory. Most of the products on the floor are still wrapped in plastic. If I'm not mistaken, the only difference between FAP and Home Depot/Lowe's is the warranty. Home Depot/Lowe's May have the better warranty coverage. It was also a bit difficult to locate the entrance but we managed.”

Why did Ipay for 6 years to have a service contract???I called T-Mobile, they gave me this store. The staff here are excellent! No grumbling, didn't tell me anything negative, didn't say corporate doesn't know how to do warranty. ...had my replacement phone working in a flash.Excellent staff here!”

Born in Nepal, near Mount Everest, Sherpa has became a good friend of mine and he speaks pretty good English for moving to New Jersey recently. Sherpa puts a smile on my face and makes my day every time I visit him and go to this local 7-Eleven franchise. Whatever he is getting payed should be increased drastically as he provides great customer service and means more than just a 7-Eleven worker to me.”
