Walked out with new iPhone 12 & kept my plan. Great service and prompt turnaround. Highly recommend. Update 6/25 Verizon had a promotion. Karim assisted with the conversion. Just took a few hours to convert our new phones... Much simpler process than going to the corporate store. Highly recommend.”

“After being rudely dismissed from the Wayne store, I decided to take a drive over to the Butler store. Walked in and Juan and Adrian immediately welcomed us and were eager to help in any way they could. Adrian is seriously an angel sent straight from heaven. He spent four hours with me trying to fix my phone all while helping the ten other people who walked in needing help also. He was a one-man show and was holding it down like a boss.
