“I have never had a problem where with customer service or support. Any associate I interact with is always ready and willing to help me .. with a smile! I don't see this in a lot of retail stores today as people don't seem to want to work or do their job anymore and good customer service seems to be a lost art. But I find the associates here to be very helpful and they make me feel like a valued customer. Most recently, the gentlemen in the Tech department assisted me professionally and courteously.”
“I went in looking for a cell phone for my son, and the staff really took care of me. Everyone was super helpful, and I ended up leaving with a tablet, a watch, and two phones! Big shoutout to the phone department. Manager Ashley was very informative, and her team did an excellent job as well. Also, shoutout to the beautiful Dominican woman who helped me — she was amazing! I’d gladly come back anytime, even just to buy another screen protector or two. Highly recommend!”
