“There’s an overwhelming display of different beds to try but the worker Frank eased us and even took us to a machine which measures what bed is best for you! Frank is an amazing help and an absolutely amazing person! He’s helped my mother purchase her mattress a year ago (which still feels like new) & he’s made the process of buying my bed a breeze today. “My husband and I decided to invest in a Sleep Number bed and went to the Totowa store today (Sunday) instead of waiting for the Garden State location to open on Monday.
I’m incredibly glad we went here after being taken care of by Adam Sharpe the Store Manager.
His recommendations after listening to what we’re seeking [without upselling] allowed us to feel our different sleep styles can be met using the ideal combination of bed and frame. Our 4 year old daughter joined us and the store team is patient and accommodating.
Adam was also tending to incoming and returning customers, at this busy Labor Day weekend time, whilst assisting store teammates. Thanks for what you do, Adam! Wish we started with Sleep Number sooner but excited for our new bed!”

Ward who worked with us all night and helped us put together a phenomenal package for our new home: living room, bedroom, dining room, and accent items. Na'eem was extremely knowledgeable and put no pressure on us whatsoever. Amazing experience highly recommended!”

“The Fairfield store has a newer customer service manager, Dominic De Palma who was a gentleman to deal with and effective at his job. He helped us with a sales situation we had and got it resolved quickly. The store personnel offered us options but in the end we decided we no longer wanted one of the ordered pieces and they refunded our money hassle free. The store sells quality products and the two sales people you should deal with are Lois and Rod, both honest and upfront about everything. Our furniture was built in the USA and came in earlier than expected.”
