“I found out about you when my husband and I stayed at a Bed and Breakfast. We lived the pillows, so while getting ready for check-out, I pulled all the pillow cases out to see the tag on their pillows. And ah ha! The Phoenix Down Shop. Today I have 2 regular soft pillows and 2 king medium pillows we use as body pillows.
I’ve seen dozens of ads about other “new technology” pillows and it gives me a chuckle because I (finally) have AMAZING pillows.”

“Veteran's Day sale price for Catalina double reclining sofa, $850. Black Friday sale price $697. Delivery set for Dec 5th. We will see if it arrives on time. Dominick at the Fairfield NJ store wouldn't match the Black Friday price or remove the $100 delivery charge. Customer lost forever!
Dominick was bothered by how things were left. He went out of his way to talk to management to have the price with adjusted. The couch was delivered on time December 5th and we are very happy with it! Original rating of 2 stars changed to 4 stars. Thank you Dominick for your help!”
