“Easter is love even though i moved a little far, but just because of Easter, i always used this location .... believe me, this is the only one usps location where you can find such a bright smiley, happy face, and a person with a positive attitude. She helped you without any discrimination. God bless her. i wanna give her thousands of stars ?”
“Always has a very good selection of stamps compared to other post offices and you can't necessarily count on that in New York City. The clerks are also very helpful with whatever you need to do.”
“This location opens at 9 AM (not 8), just a heads up. The staff here are always thorough and helpful. Even though there are several USPS locations closer to me, I always choose to come here because of the consistently good service.”
“I visited the post office to retake a photo for my passport renewal. I left a review on usps but I also wanted to leave a review here. Ms. S Patel was the woman that helped me with everything! She literally did not wait for me to ask her for help she took the initiative and handled everything for me very efficiently. If I ever need any assistance with my passport I would definitely come back to this location ! She made my experience wonderful. My appointment was at 1:15 I arrived at 12:55 and was done by 1:10!!!! Thank you Ms SPatel !”

“I lived in Cliffside for 13 years and I just walked by there one day never knowing the post office was there. If anyone knows the post office on Anderson Ave near pizza corner it is never open and if it is they are so rude. Is there a phone # for this place? Only the 800 #?

“They’re direct but get the job done. NOTE: it’s posted that they open at 10am but they merely take that as a suggestion. They open the doors between 1015 and 1030.”
“Arlene is the most efficient of all and she s a sweetheart too. She takes pride in her job, does it very well because she puts her heart into it. I had lots of parcels to send and she was very patient and attentive. She did make up 100 times for the frustration we can get sometimes. I wish all the usps employees were like her!”

What an absolute pleasure to deal with these three ladies they were all so helpful and so accommodating and soooooo sweet!!!!. “I recently moved to NA and my letter carrier is the most pleasant man; even welcomed me to the neighborhood. I've never had an issue at the post office. The cashier (young man) is nice and quick. Whether I use the counter, the drop box inside the store or the mailbox right outside, everything is delivered without issue. The majority of the low rated reviews are made by entitled people living in NA that are older and miserable. I've seen the entitled behavior first hand. NA is a small town with a tiny post office that is doing their best being surrounded by larger and busier towns in the metropolitan area.”
