He is an EXCELLENT clerk who went completely above & beyond to help me with my mailing needs today and to make sure that my fragile item gets to its destination in one piece. He guided me towards the right path in the way that I needed to mail it out, was friendly and exuded GREAT customer service skills! ....Sometimes you can walk into a post office and are met with rude, unfriendly clerks (I think lots of clerks at other locations have a universal bad rep for that) so it was refreshing to walk in, feel welcomed and respected. Thank You Macon!”

“This is the tiniest post office I have ever been to and also the friendliest. Skip has a great sense of humor and will give you the best advice. This was not the closest post office relative to where I live but it was definitely worth the drive.”

“One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. I had an awful time at a nearby post office branch & came here instead. The service was amazing & the employees are incredibly nice & knowledgeable. I was honestly going to switch to a private carrier for my shipping after such an abysmal experience at the Bordentown branch, but I'll be coming here from now on for all of my shipping. The lovely lady process my order even gave me a free box for one of the next items I'm shipping. 11/10.”

“I sent a package and the guy at the counter printed the sticker and didn't add the apartment number, he also covered the return address. I didn't know where the package was so I filed a claim only to be denied. Then something said to go in and speak to the manager. That was yesterday and he called this morning and left a message saying it would be delivered today. His name is Frankie and he's a wonderful Manager! My son finally got his shoes I sent him for his birthday. This is what you call Great customer service! Even though the first guy fumbled Frankie really came through and I'm grateful ?”

“Had a great experience at this USPS location. They had me in and out quickly, and the customer service was professional, courteous, and genuinely helpful. Everything was handled smoothly without any hassle. The parking situation could’ve been better, but for a Saturday afternoon it wasn’t enough to be a real inconvenience. Not like it was apart of the building conservations in 1823! Overall, solid visit and I’d definitely use this location again.”

The team working that day was very professional and met my needs. The following days of interaction included a warm welcome and a bit of excitement letting me know my packages had arrived. “I recently had to contact one of the supervisors at the Trenton Carrier Annex. It was in regard to a priority mail express package that had been delivered to the wrong house. I immediately contacted Jay. He instantly got back to me, immediately asked for the tracking number and within 15 minutes my package was delivered to my door correctly!!! I could not be more impressed with Jay. His dedication to Providing top-notch customer service did not go unnoticed. Jay, thank you so so much for your help yet again. You have been a lifesaver in multiple occasions it is truly a pleasure working with you.”
