He is an EXCELLENT clerk who went completely above & beyond to help me with my mailing needs today and to make sure that my fragile item gets to its destination in one piece. He guided me towards the right path in the way that I needed to mail it out, was friendly and exuded GREAT customer service skills! ....Sometimes you can walk into a post office and are met with rude, unfriendly clerks (I think lots of clerks at other locations have a universal bad rep for that) so it was refreshing to walk in, feel welcomed and respected. “One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. I had an awful time at a nearby post office branch & came here instead. The service was amazing & the employees are incredibly nice & knowledgeable. I was honestly going to switch to a private carrier for my shipping after such an abysmal experience at the Bordentown branch, but I'll be coming here from now on for all of my shipping. “I sent a package and the guy at the counter printed the sticker and didn't add the apartment number, he also covered the return address. I didn't know where the package was so I filed a claim only to be denied. Then something said to go in and speak to the manager. That was yesterday and he called this morning and left a message saying it would be delivered today. His name is Frankie and he's a wonderful Manager! My son finally got his shoes I sent him for his birthday. This is what you call Great customer service! Even though the first guy fumbled Frankie really came through and I'm grateful ?”

Everything was handled smoothly without any hassle. The parking situation could’ve been better, but for a Saturday afternoon it wasn’t enough to be a real inconvenience. “This post office is super quick with mailing packages. If you drop off in the morning the package will be scanned same day. The drop off box outside is made for more than just letter drop offs which you don’t often find.Most of the negative reviews are b/c of mailboxes keys- I didn’t use these so I can’t comment on them. Or incorrect delivery- this does happen but not as often in the housing I was in.Porch pickups only happen about 50% of time.”
“I've been using this USPS location for my regular shipments, and honestly, it's the definition of reliable. They open exactly on time, which I appreciate even more after dealing with another nearby post office that once opened an hour and a half late. Here, you can plan a quick 10 minutes in and out before work without stress.
The staff is always welcoming, helpful, and efficient. Service is fast, lines move, and you feel like your time actually matters.
This has become my go to spot for mailing anything in Trenton.”

“I recently had to contact one of the supervisors at the Trenton Carrier Annex. It was in regard to a priority mail express package that had been delivered to the wrong house. I immediately contacted Jay. He instantly got back to me, immediately asked for the tracking number and within 15 minutes my package was delivered to my door correctly!!! I could not be more impressed with Jay. His dedication to Providing top-notch customer service did not go unnoticed. Jay, thank you so so much for your help yet again. You have been a lifesaver in multiple occasions it is truly a pleasure working with you.”
“The Hamilton Post Office is one of the best locations around. The staff was quick, efficient, and friendly, making the visit seamless. What truly sets them apart is their extended weekend hours—staying open until 2:00 p.m. on Saturdays is a massive convenience compared to most other post offices in the area.”

“Okay, so the outgoing mail slot for my entire development has been unusable (mysteriously blocked with a metal plate). When I asked to speak to a manager about the issue, Jack appeared. He didn't just take my issue seriously. He _personally_ went to investigate and got back to me the SAME day with explanation & resolution. Folks, service does not get any better than this. Thanks to everyone at this post office; what an amazing job they do!”
