“I went to the SouthHampton NJ store to buy a trailer that was listed online as being in stock. When I got there the trailer in stock was damaged because a purchaser left the lot and the tire fell off. The closest store that had the 5.5x10 trailer was an hour away, but not far from my home. They tried to help be purchase online which was not an option (to hold my item). Very nice and helpful. I drove to the other store in Hillsboro NJ and they had 2 trailers, one w the hitch lever bent. I bought the good trailer by using the Affirm app. Employees never saw this way to purchase but helped me successfully to purchase in store w the app (it wasn't easy and it's Black Friday so......). They were stressed, kind, patient and very very helpful. I couldn't leave the trailer for any period of time to save it as a Xmas gift (you could make money letting people get it later btw) so I brought my husband to the store later in the day to surprise him. It was like going back to the store to meet friends for the reveal. Even though I had many issues, more related to the processes of the franchise) I had a wonderful (but stressful) experience and would definitely go back to both stores.”

“I love HomeGoods. I go to varióus locations but I've been here for YEARS. They have every home stuff you can think of. Candies, candles, snacks, beds stuff, kitchen stuff, bath stuff. You name what you could find in a house it's selling at the store. I love it. They have different decor for each season.”

“The room decor, shoes and cosmetic collection is great. The clothing in women area seems dated and needs a makeover. The dress styles were for ladies for seniors above 66 more than 30 to 60. Hopefully they will fix this. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable of items.”

“Came in to do a return on 9/26 around 2:30pm and Diego F. at the first checkout station was super friendly and approached each customer he took with professionalism and kindness. I’ve been to this location many times over the last few years and this was probably the best customer service experience I’ve ever encountered at not only a Marshall’s, but at any establishment. Diego F. is truly an asset to this location and most definitely deserves some sort of recognition in the form of a raise/promotion!
Selection at this store has seriously deteriorated over the years, though. There used to be a lot of Nike and bigger brand name items, but most of the men’s section consists of unheard brands and poor quality graphic tees. Definitely need to look hard for a good find! The line at checkout is often very long as well. There are always many employees behind the register itself, but only 2-4 employees actually ringing customers out/processing returns. Weird format that they have going on. If behind the cash registers is where the employees mingle and touch base with one another, it may be beneficial to move to a more private location in the store. From a customer’s point of view, it doesn’t look very great when lines are long and employees behind the register are talking with each other and not ringing!”

“This was our first visit to the East Brunswick T.J. Max and my wife liked it a lot. She quickly found exactly what she was looking for as well as several other bargans she couldn't resist. The store is neat, clean, and laid out well so it was easy to browse, but if you're in a hurry it's equally easy to find what you want quickly. The checkout line was pretty long, but the friendly staff of cashiers moved the line expeditiously.”
“This place has a number of really cool stores. Including Chick-fil-A if you like that thing. There is an odd lot store which has a lot of reasonably priced items. They are also opening a number of other stores here. A Burlington Coat Factory which has pretty good stuff and a dollar store. I'll also there is a Taco Bell not a big fan myself but I guess there are people out there like that.”

“My family visits this Kohl's store at least once a month to get clothes or gifts for others, and we've always loved this store! They always have good quality and brand-name products for all ages!
Almost a week ago I purchased my very first beautiful winter coat here and got discounts over $155 to finally buy it for less than $45 (50% sale, using Kohl's cash, and another 40% off when opening a Kohl's credit card were the discounts).
I also opened my first credit card here, and the cashier (I believe her name was Joanne) was very friendly and highly generous at checkout. She helped us get these huge discounts and helped me in the application process for the Kohl's credit card. I got approved for the credit card right away, thanks to Joanne!!
Overall my family and I enjoy going here! Please keep up the good work!!!”

“Special thanks to the two women in the beauty department. I was at Clinique and the MUA was on break i believe. I was in a rush and two women from other counters came over and were determined to help me with my purchase. I told them my color and it wasn't there. we matched me to another color and that wasn't there either, finally we found a third color that matched my skin tone and they asked what else i needed. i mentioned a bunch of other items and they helped me right along. they were so sweet and due to my colors being unavailable they hooked me up with some samples. I wish i got their names, but they both had beautiful blue eyes, and were just the sweetest for not giving up on my needs.”

The store also has a new and improved look after the renovations several months ago, so I like going there more than before. “We are thrilled with our walk up attic that Brian and his crew finished for us. This was our first time renovating and we couldn't be happier with the process. Brian's custom wood work and attention to detail matched the rest of our almost 100 year old home perfectly, when we didn't even know to request this. He made lots of important design suggestions and was patient and accommodating towards any question or concern we had. Brian's crew of Bob, Glenn, Ian, and Jack were great and worked around our busy life of school, kids, and dogs with ease. Any sub-contractor that was used did the same. “Great selection of clothes I enjoyed shopping around the mens section. Line was pretty long which people say is common at this location but it doesn't bother me. The Nordstrom has a much better selection then the sacks off fifth in my opinion.”
