“Our family had an appointment scheduled for 5:30PM today at the Bedminster Verizon store. Celeste saw us immediately and spent the next two and a half hours upgrading our phones, transferring data for both kids and my husband and I while keeping everyone (especially the kids) busy and happy. I am not sure we have ever had that level of service. I think most people dread upgrading and/or changing phones but this experience could not have been better. We will never go anywhere else and cannot say enough good things.”

Nelson was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He took a lot of time to help my daughter pick what she wanted, and explained certain features to her. “I needed a new phone and Maria, the salesperson that I was working with was phenomenal! She took the time to allow me to think about which phone I was looking to purchase. Of course I asked her for her advice, but she was not pushy or try to sell me the most expensive phone which some places do. She told me it was up to me which phone I preferred. I was looking at a Motorola, and a Samsung S25 plus. Maria explained the features of each phone. The Samsung was much more money, but it was a phone that I think I would enjoy. So that's the one I chose. Maria was extremely helpful in helping me set it up with my e-mail and other apps that I was not familiar with on a new phone. I highly recommend this store, it is a beautiful, neat and clean. Thank you Maria!”
“This is the best location! Everyone there is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I needed to add 5 lines to my account, and the sales rep Laila assisted me every step of the way. She was knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole process very easy.
You can really see that the managers work just as hard as the reps, which says a lot about the team. They were very kind to my family and made us feel comfortable during our visit.
