“I just purchased a pale yellow light sweatshirt that was marked 60% off. After I washed it and hung it on my line outside, each side of the sweathshirt stitching was frayed. I sewed it myself. You don't expect this from quality clothing.”

“Great selection of clothes I enjoyed shopping around the mens section. Line was pretty long which people say is common at this location but it doesn't bother me. The Nordstrom has a much better selection then the sacks off fifth in my opinion.”

“I visited the Green Brook store again today and learned that on my previous visit someone apparently forgot to post a 'back in 5 minutes' type notice on the door, which led me to mistakenly assume they were closed for the Independence Day holiday. This time, Joe found my requested work boots right away, and after slipping in my prescription insoles, did a test walk and found the boots to be very comfortable. :)”

“I’ve been coming here for 3 years and the experience has been very pleasant. Drew has been helping me each time and he seems to go above and beyond. He knows the shoe specs, weight, waterproof, for winter or summer, weight etc… Today he went to check a shoe I was interested in to see if it was in stock not just once but twice. He’s knowledgeable with my company needs and also with the discounts my company provides. Javier is also always polite and welcoming when I come in. They have been a very good time working together as I have observed these past 3 years. Thank you again Drew and Javier!”

“Located inside of Center Stage dance studio... my first time here was interesting. Very, very busy place! The store portion is a little closet type part of the studio, but nonetheless.... Went here to purchase pointe shoes for my daughter. Didn't know that we had to book an appointment (pretty involved process).. but Leann was a gem to let us still get service as a walk-in. She is very thorough at what she does and pleasant. I appreciated the experience!”

“Highly recommend Malkin's Functional Footwear! I walked in today for painful feet due to concrete floors at work. Lance was so helpful, very knowledgeable and informative. He was very attentive and listened to my sad feet story. He brought out several shoes to try and I left with a pair that was light and snug. My feet are happy! Thanks Lance!”

“Maritza did the decoration and flowers for my wedding a week ago and it was an absolute pleasure working with her throughout the whole process!! The decoration of our venue was even more beautiful than I could have imagined! I am a very simple person and she took my vision of a simple ceremony and reception and made it so so elegant! The bouquets that she made for me and my bridesmaids were gorgeous! Mine had pearls in the roses!! She really went above and beyond for me and my husband and we appreciate her so much!! I would recommend her services to everyone!!”

“What a wonderful experience at DSW in Bridgewater, NJ. I can’t say enough about Jamie, the store manager who went above and beyond in helping me try to find a pair of pool slides that fit my small flat foot. 😆 Nina and Emma were also awesome at the register and provided exceptional customer service through their kindness and welcoming manner. The weather in New Jersey that day was literally like a hurricane. As I was leaving the store, it started pouring and coming down in buckets so I stayed inside for extra time and we all started chatting and it almost felt like we all became a little family.Thank you for turning the rain outside into sunshine inside the store! I hope you all made it home safely that evening.”

“Just purchased new pair of dress shoes. The store manager Lauren was outstanding. I take a wide shoe. She must have pulled 15 pairs to help find the right ones. Very knowledgeable and relaxed - didn't rush or sell - just searched patiently for the right pair. Nice job helping me pick out a belt.”

“I always have a great experience shopping at Ann Taylor Loft, thanks in large part to Jamie. She is consistently helpful, warm, and has a great eye for style. I really appreciate how she gently encourages me to try pieces that are sometimes outside of my comfort zone—but every time, they end up elevating my look and helping me feel more current and confident. The store itself is always neat, well-organized, and easy to shop. It’s a pleasure to browse and even more enjoyable with Jamie’s guidance. Highly recommend!”

“Has a large selection and never really too busy. But what makes this 5 star to me? I returned shoes that tore 6 months after purchase and got full store credit. They care about return customers. The assurance is worth going there.”

“Wanted to share that Tamara was on the sales floor, greeted me from the moment I came in. Almost immediately, asked me if I needed any help with anything & Made some suggestions based off what I was looking for. She was super attentive, but not hounding me. She started a fitting room for me and when I was trying on clothes she was bringing and exchanging clothes for me. Was very happy with her customer service. Customer service is something that I find is lacking in a lot of retail nowadays, so I am thankful that Tamara was working when I was there shopping. Thank you, Tamara.”

“I went to so many department stores in search for a dress for my white coat ceremony without any luck. I decided to give this store a try as my last attempt and I'm so glad I did. I met Marlene who handpicked not 1 but 2 dresses that I absolutely loved and I ended up buying both! Marlene understood exactly what I was looking for and delivered immediately. She was so helpful and attentive. I will definitely be back!”

“I want to shout Mark out ? I believe he is the store manager. He went above and beyond to help me track my package that was delivered to another location. I went to the location where it was delivered 2x and they couldn't even help ?. He was nothing but professional, polite and very empathetic to my situation. When you receive customer service like this you can't help but to come back. Thank you again Mark for all your help. Not only did you help me out but you put a smile on my daughter's face and that's what matters to me the most.”
