“My tire blew on 287 in Bridgewater. After a long call with AAA, which ended in them not being able to help me, I looked for a local tow that could pick me up. I called Mike’s and quickly had my service request submitted. I called the local Pep Boys to check if my tire was in stock, and by the time I hung up the driver was already there. Alexander/Lex was incredibly kind and made sure I was safety in the tow truck before quickly hooking my car up. He made sure to keep me in good spirits and drove safely to make sure I got to the mechanic. For an unfortunate situation, I feel blessed to have decided to call Mike’s. I highly recommend.”

Give him any car he will dissect it up for you whether it's a motorhaul, transmission swap, any other repair, etc. No gimmicks here it is what is honest upfront. I told him I need new Mounts for my Jeep. He said let us have a look at it thouroughly first before moving forward. You can't go wrong with Dave at all. We had a very long conversation that's what tells me that Dave goes above and beyond each customer's expectation. Above A1 customer service. He has done MBA course on customer service. “Words cannot express how grateful I am for Jay’s recovery service. We are longtime AAA members and are used to waiting hours for help, but this experience was the complete opposite. Our car had broken down on the side of the highway, and the moment I called, they dispatched a truck immediately.

“The owner and his team here are great. Several of the mechanics have been here for years. Pricing is right, they are super friendly, and they don’t seem to try and sell you on unnecessary nonsense. They are accommodating with scheduling and they definitely appreciate their customers. When one of my cars was getting older they started work, figured out it was a bigger issue than expected, and then put it back together without any charge so I could just go sell it.
