“I have shopped with Michael for many years now. I have purchased equipment as well as supplies. I am gonna state the obvious - you will pay a little bit more but what you get when you purchase from him is his experience. I have purchased equipment from him from mug press, vacuum press to white toner printer and any time I have had a question, he was there with an answer. He even gave me his cell phone number to call him. He has called to check in to see if I was doing well with the equipment and if I sounded a little hesitant on the phone with him, he invited me to the facility for extra training to quell my fears of working on the machinery. His knowledge in Sublimation is unmatched and has always been willing to share his knowledge without hesitation to make sure you can be successful. This might sound like a glowing review and well it is and I usually do not give glowing reviews. I think that what impressed me most is when I asked him a question that he did not know the answer to, he did not hesitate to say he did not know and followed that up with an immediate 'let's call the company and find out'. To me it is important to know your stuff but just as important to be truthful when you don't and stand by you until you get the help you need because you purchased the item through him and he wants to make sure you are happy. So yes, a glowing review for Dyecraft Direct (formerly Sublimation101)”

Had to go in person to order, to check on order, and of course to get the tires installed. People in the tire center are super nice! It’s just frustrating as a customer that it’s impossible to get them on the phone. Great service. Pleasant people.”
