“My husband and I visited your Brick location and were pleasantly greeted by Rosemarie Pilla.
She was very professional and even took the time to ensure our purchase met all of our needs. From the fabric to making sure I was able to get in and out of the recliner safely since I do have a disability.
This was by far one of the best experiences my husband and I have had when buying furniture.
She is a true asset to your company.”
“I needed to replace seat cushions on an outdoor chair that spent a month at the bottom of our lagoon (took us that long to find it and fish it out!). The chair itself was fine after a good power wash, but the cushions didn't make it. I called the Brick store and was able to order a new set - on sale - and will be able to pick them up next week. Thanks Emily!”
“Melissa was extremely helpful and friendly. She helped me see better what would be a good mattress based on my sleep habits. I highly recommend R&F. We purchased a sofa and two chairs back in 2013 or 14 and they still look like new. Very sturdy. Thank you very much Melissa for your help. :)”
“Work was exactly as described and I couldn't be happier with the end result. He was even great with my dog... which scores big points for me. Marty was priced well and very professional every step of the way. I would definitely use him again for my future projects! A+”
“The ONLY place to buy wallpaper. Buy it on-line. The staff is AWESOME. Tempaper peel and stick is AWESOME. Did a whole bedroom myself in a day. No paste. Peel and stick. Love it. Thank you to the Tempaper team.”

“We were looking for Halloween decorations and loved the display At Home had. We were very interested in the huge skeletal snake, and when we noticed it was chipped, Jackie and Candace went above and beyond to help us!!”

“Kirklands is a great store not only for the furniture they sell but because of staff members like Gabe. Visit the Brick, NJ store and ask for Gabe. Hire more people like Gabe, Kirkland’s!!”

“Everyone at this location is so helpful and goes out of their way to deliver good customer service. I specifically come to the brick location because of this. Shoutout to Josh, as he’s helped me to my car with heavy items on several occasions.”
“Barbara in the appliance dept was the friendliest and most helpful associate I've ever dealt with. She went beyond to make sure our order was right. Great customer service.”
