“There are no words to express how grateful I am that I walked in and met Paul. My daughter was in the hospital and needed a new phone, and Paul went above and beyond to help us. He sat on FaceTime with her, helped save everything from her old broken phone, and transferred it all onto the new one right there in the store. All I had to do was hand my daughter a brand-new phone with everything she needed already on it. During an already difficult time, a different Verizon store told me they could not help me, then Paul made things so much easier for me. His kindness and willingness to go the extra mile meant more than even HE knows. I am truly grateful. However, sorry Paul. GO GIANTS!! =]”

“Our representatives Michael was extremely friendly and patient with upgrading our old phones. Even upgraded our plan to include internet for the home at less than my current plan. Saved us over $40 a month!”

“I visited the Brick store on Sunday, August 16 and my experience was 5 star. I was leaving a different carrier to go back to T Mobile and our representative, Joe Filingeri was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. He was patient, super knowledgeable and made the whole experience great. Give that man a raise! Thank you again Joe for your amazing service!”

“I have to acknowledge a special Verizon rep named Jared! This guy saw my wife and I walk in and immediately offered assistance ! Jared was with us from beginning to end on our upgrade purchase ! He didn’t let us leave until we were completely satisfied with our new iPhone. I can’t praise him enough for how much we appreciate all that he did for us ! Many of the staff there are amazing but Jared was who we dealt with ! Verizon needs to offer this guy a promotion . He deserves high accolades for how well he promotes and represents Verizon. Jared this is your Air Force comrade whose son is a LPD officer! Thank you again for all you did for us! God bless you and your future !”
