He sat on FaceTime with her, helped save everything from her old broken phone, and transferred it all onto the new one right there in the store. All I had to do was hand my daughter a brand-new phone with everything she needed already on it. During an already difficult time, a different Verizon store told me they could not help me, then Paul made things so much easier for me. His kindness and willingness to go the extra mile meant more than even HE knows. I am truly grateful. However, sorry Paul. GO GIANTS!! =]”
