This is NOT about the branch. It's about their on line service. HORRIBLE. It took me 2 hours to get a live human. I had to enter my cc number 20 times INCORRECTLY to get a person. When i did it was a waste of my time. Personally if i had checking savings account with them I'd change banks. Shame on them

Card won't swipe to let me use ATM at Bayville branch. I've reported it several times. They know,but don't care. They say it's a glitch in the card reader on the door. It's cost me money...
