“Peggy, excellent in customer service helped me with an issue. She could have left it at normal banking policy which would have left me with a great hardship. Instead, she took the time to go to management, plead my case & have my issue resolved, she even made a few phone calls on my behalf. Tellers are also very nice & helpful. I recommend this bank for all of your financial needs.”
