“N. Rachel (I think that's her name?) Was sooooo helpful! This was on Sunday, 9/15 in the evening. My mom had a scare bc her phone wasn't turning on at all and it wasnt a dead battery- it just was blinking with a light and she hadn't backed anything up and was worried she couldn't retrieve anything. This sales person really helped my mom out so well with getting the phone up and running again despite the phone being so old and my mom was so grateful. Just wanted to give her a shout out here!
