She took the time to show me where my unit was and how the lock worked. Not only was Nicole personable and knowledgeable, she made me feel like she valued me not only as a customer but as family. “Staff was easy to work with and helpful with any questions. We needed a short term rental to store material for a job around the corner from site. Access was great, carts always available, and halls kept clean. My crew cleaned out unit and i didn't get around to calling on that day. Staff touched base with me the following day and had already started move out paperwork. Very happy with entire experience with this site and the staff.”

The coordinator Angela was responsive and always there for our questions and concerns. They managed to deliver within a committed timeframe. The driver Brian and a crew were so fast and efficient that unloading was done very quickly. There was no damage on both houses, furniture and our belongings which was amazing especially after reading the bad stories with other companies. I will recommend the company to my friends.”

I had found a unit for a lower price elsewhere and he went above and beyond to help me stay by working to Closely match the other facilities price. He was very kind, patient, and understanding, even though I reached out multiple times while trying to make a quick decision. He went out of his Way to help. It’s rare to find that level of care and professionalism these days.”

“1st trip there was with the moving truck. I didn't know anyone else was there at that time of night. So 3 people had to wait a little till the movers were done. The 2 people in different vehicles were nice and friendly understood completely. The 3rd person was impatient, rude, and disrespectful to me. He kept things going told him that I would call the cops if he wanted to keep going. The guy got quite and then started to follow me in his car and kept on beeping his horn.

The next 3 trips there was great no problems and was during the day without a moving truck so nothing was blocking the other cars from passing.

Prices are great. People on the phone I spoke to was always friendly and nice. Will recommend them to anyone.”
