“Amazing staff. Needed to return an amazon package. After dealing with rude staff at another location I came here. Staff was knowledgeable and had my package on its way in no time. They were also busy with a line out the door and were professionally moving right along. Very pleased!!!”
“Every time I walk into this UPS Store I’m always impressed with how friendly and welcoming everyone is. All the employees are very nice and helpful, but I have to give a special shoutout to Rick!
Rick always has a smile on his face and genuinely seems happy to be there. He’ll hold the door when you’re walking in with big heavy packages, happily scan everything for you, and if the printer isn’t working or there’s a jam, he’s always there ready to help. If you come in with kids, he’ll even offer them a Dum-Dum lollipop, which of course they love.
It’s just nice walking into a store and being greeted by someone who is always smiling and actually seems happy to help you. The whole staff is great, but Rick definitely deserves the shoutout.
