“Came in to buy a phone last week with my mom, The staff was wonderful. They took care of us while we were inside. While inside we did see some people come in with a sense of entitlement and the staff handled it very well. They all deserve raises and the reviews lately I’ve been seeing have been untrustworthy. These are great workers and I hope they keep up the good work they serve our community well despite other privilege beliefs.”

“The location is convenient but the service ( actual cell service ) is becoming more and more frustrating. Outages, dropped calls, the MyMetro app not loading. I couldn't even pay my bill on the website 6 different times in two days

“The rep was extremely helpful! I couldn't have asked for better help! AT&T over the phone allowed me to place an order on 5 different occasions! And then cancelled it each and every time for foolishness ! Which resulted in me losing out on money waiting for return fees! The rep got me my new phone with no issues! AT&T didn't care to help me out at all smh”
