“Kyler G is the man! Upgrading my iPhone 14 to the 17 Pro was a quick and painless process. He let me know about all of the promotions I qualified for, answered all of the questions I had with the new phone, and explained what to expect my future Verizon bills to look like. I went to two Apple stores today for this phone with no luck (lack of inventory and poor customer service) but on the plus side of those poor visits I found someone that I trust and will be recommending! To my surprise, they refunded me full amount back for the phones which were bought a year ago:)”
