“I visited this location a couple times this week. Both times I was met with the friendliest employees, Lamont and Yandel. I was there for their internet over the weekend. And today came in to transfer three phone lines to new phones. Even though it was an hour before closing, both gentlemen were so polite and attentive. I am so pleased with my experience at this location! Thank you for making this process so easy for our family!”

“Had a 5* experience with BJ today, helping me to return some equipment. When he found out that his system would not allow him to process the return, he gave me 2 options, one of which was to have a UPS Store process it. He literally walked with me a few stores down to the UPS Store, went back to his store to get some info they needed, and then stayed with me til they finished processing the return and gave me the receipt. He went the extra mile for me. Much appreciated. In hearing him work with another customer before me, he seemed very patient and knowledgeable.”

“The young man who helped me was not Mohommad but a different guy altogether. I’m pointing that out only so that the young man gets the credit he deserves. He was super polite, professional and knowledgeable. He even offered me some water when he saw that I was having a little trouble as I’m a diabetic and forgot to bring my water flask. He’s a great asset to ATT and should be considered for positions of greater responsibility.
He’d make an excellent trainer, for example, as well as salesman.”

Second part is the service and I don’t mean customer service I mean customer prioritization beyond great, the absolute unit, nay the absolute paladin of a manager that one man could be is the man Gilberto aka gibby aka that guy aka honestly the most helpful and patient professional I’ve ever dealt with at a store period
If Verizon doesn’t give him like 500k for the work he does, it wouldn’t be fair, it’s not 5/5 stars. It’s 10/10 would overly recommend. And he deserves all the praise he’s getting right now and honestly even more, he handled 3 phone sales and about 7 mad customers like an absolute UNIT. If y’all need deals and real honest human interaction for your issues, I can’t recommend gibby and the 38 store any more then I have”

The area is a little bit sketchy but the branch itself has amazing customer service and it's very well kept. And he was also generous when you buy a phone from the store. Thank you!”

“Shawn & Nikki were an amazing help! I came in looking to start a new line on my old phone which was on life support 😭, broken screen, battery inflated and there was no back because of how bad it was shattered, but it worked so I was gonna deal with it because I didn't have a great budget being last minute coming in due to getting kicked off my old plan, but they worked with me and my girlfriend to figure a way to afford a new phone and get a more than reasonable price and line plan, and I'm more than happy with my new phone, not only that but they were very personable, and great to talk to through the process, and I definitely look forward to seeing them again when I come in next time!”
