“Great Tuxedo rental. Easy in and out, properly fit, looked sharp as can be. Most of all, the shoes were fantastic. Roberts careful care of ensuring the shoes were kept to their utmost level -- no heat, no peeling soles, absolutely top tier care in terms of making sure my feet were comfortable and cozy. Would rent form again, but only if I receive the very same pair of brown tuxedo shoes.”
“I was very pleased with the way this store conducted themselves. They were patient, informative, and incredibly respectful to my 89-year-old father. They displayed something that seems rare today, genuine respect for their elders. My dad was joking around with the staff, had a wonderful time, and truly enjoyed the experience.

“I had purchased a pair of dress shoes for my son at the Kohls store in Paramus, where I usually shop, but they didn't fit him and that store didn't have the correct size. I decided to call a few other Kohls stores to find out if they had the shoes in the size my son needed, and the one in West Paterson was able to help me. I went there the next day and made the exchange without any problems.”
“Just had a tuxedo made. Keith the owner is great, measured me personally and used an AI tool to confirm. Picked my fabric, liner, lapel, buttons, etc. Tux was made in Italy. Went back for a few fittings, Keith wanted ti make sure it was perfect. Very happy with the service. This is a small local tailor and custom cloth shop in Denville. Compared to other places I looked I felt like I was paying for the quality and service vs some big fancy place. Highly recommend.”

“Jonny is an unexpected surprise here, I went into willowbrook worried if I’d find anything that fits me that I like, and happened to see this store right as I walked into the mall, and Jonny within a minute had a full suit in my hands that I was in love with and to my surprise, fit me perfectly. I ended up buying a shirt as well as some dress shoes that made me come home and retire my last pair instantly. Jonny just kept nailing the sizes for everything I needed. Would come here just for Jonny’s service again, that man is a master at his craft and will get you what you need faster than calling 911. Thank you Jonny!”

“My go-to store for everything classy, casual, and formal but with great comfort. The clothes are beyond comfortable they are versatile. Lightweight and compact jackets for everyday wear are my favorite. The best part is you can literally wear and store the jackets in the pouch they have included. Their women clothing is beyond comfortable. Layerable and sleek is my favorite. If you have not shopped here, you do NOT know what you are missing.”

I tried things on for about a half hour while she kept bringing new sizes/styles. She really went out of her way to help me and I appreciated it so much.”

“I have never had better customer service at a retail store in my life. 10 out of 10 I would recommend this location to everyone. The employees working on January 21st deserve a raise. Came into the store a little overwhelmed with my five-month-old goddaughter as she just got done crying. All employees said hello the second I walked in the store. I went straight to the counter needing an exchange, I wasn't even there for 30 seconds before an employee came to assist me. Instead of point out where the items were in the store he asked the sizes I needed and brought everything directly to me as he can tell I was flustered. Another employee was helping me with shoes and instead of telling me he didn't have the size I needed he brought out the half size up and down that he had in store. (Which I then bought) Overall my experience at this location was so amazing that I will make sure to drive out of my way to come back. Thank you for making my day!”

“It was a pretty easy experience. I dropped my clothes to sell at 5pm and they told me to pick them back up at 7pm. Whatever they didn’t buy I donated on my own but it’s a nice way to make a couple bucks. The clothing selection is also pretty cute and summery right now.”
