While trying to figure out when he could squeeze me in, Andy asked me what year and the mileage. When I responded he said "why are you calling me, take your car to the dealer and get it fixed under warranty." Only a quality person and honest businessman would say that! Been a customer for many years, always recommend ETD and won't take my cars anyplace else.”

“I've been to many places that do oil changes and car washes. In my 50 years of driving, never have I met a more polite and organized manager than Ray. Ray is first class. He makes it a point to tell the truth and point out things that need to be taken care of without taking advantage. I was shocked when I found out that my wife's car needed a new battery he did the test and showed me I was also shocked that he offered up a coupon when I told him that the other place in Livingston did offer one they said they didn't take it, which is not truthful. I'll be back to precipitate Troy Hills to get a car wash to see Ray and become a regular; and I suggest you do as well.Thank you, RayEric Epstein”
