“A few weeks ago, my car had multiple sensors go off for a brake system failure. I’m new to the area and didn’t know where to go. I called a few mechanics nearby and had no luck, each said they had a 3-4 week wait. When I called Community Auto & Tire, Randy was respectful, attentive and extremely accommodating. When I dropped my car off, Jack was friendly and helpful at the desk and made the process seamless. My car was fixed and ready to go all in one day with reasonable prices and quality work. The mechanic technicians are highly skilled at servicing our Mercedes Benz both scheduled maintenance service and service repairs . They order Mercedes parts and their pricing for service is trustworthy and transparent. If the service is outside their expertise they are honest it about and refer you to the Mercedes dealer for example I needed front Mercedes tire pressure sensors . I told Mercedes dealer exactly the service that was needed. Thank you Dave for your honesty and integrity!!”

“My 2020 GLS 450 had no heat. The dealership told me they wanted over $8000 to basically replace the entire heating system. Not to mention they had replaced all these parts about a year and one day ago and would not honor their warranty.

He completed the work in one day.
They used good parts and were clean and courteous when servicing in my vehicle.

“They were great. I went in thinking I needed a wheel alignment, they brought my truck in, hooked it up, diagnosed I didn't need an alignment, gave me printout, no charge. Very polite, knowledgeable and honest.”
