“A few weeks ago, my car had multiple sensors go off for a brake system failure. I’m new to the area and didn’t know where to go. I called a few mechanics nearby and had no luck, each said they had a 3-4 week wait. When I called Community Auto & Tire, Randy was respectful, attentive and extremely accommodating. When I dropped my car off, Jack was friendly and helpful at the desk and made the process seamless. My car was fixed and ready to go all in one day with reasonable prices and quality work. Two weeks after, Randy even reached out to check that everything went well and that I was happy with their work. HIGHLY recommend to everyone in the area. This will now be my family’s go-to shop!”

He is extremely friendly and honest and the team was incredibly nice from the moment I walked in. They got everything done quickly and the pricing was very fair. It is rare to find an auto repair shop that is this reliable and transparent. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trusted place for their vehicle needs.”

“Awsome quick and friendly service! Came from a friend's recommendation and they did not disappoint, felt like I was taken care of especially since they literally showed me how dirty my air filters which costs you gas in the long run. Quickly got those filters changed as well as my oil and was out in less than 15 minutes. A+++”

“Just tried JQ Automotive for some servicing for my 2016 BMW X3. They did a fantastic job. Really thorough work. They even reached out to BMW to get the full service history on the vehicle to confirm all required maintenance had been done and they pointed out that a recall has been issued for a part. I found the price for the work very fair and all around I'm just really happy with them. Definitely a repeat customer.”

“I own a 1991 Mercedes-Benz 560SEL, and the team did an outstanding job repairing the suspension—now it drives like a dream. Bill went the extra mile sourcing hard-to-find parts and made sure everything was done right. The pricing was more than fair given the scope of the work. On top of that, Bill personally picked me up from my home when the car was ready, which was a thoughtful touch and much appreciated.”

“Great experience all around! Natalie(Nat) and Christian were both fantastic—courteous, friendly, and genuinely pleasant to chat with. Nat especially made the whole visit enjoyable and was great to talk to while everything was being taken care of. Christian did a great job as well and kept everything moving smoothly. Samantha was apparently underneath the car most of the time, so I didn’t get much of a chance to meet her 😂, but I’m sure she did a great job too! Everyone was professional, welcoming, and made a routine oil change a surprisingly pleasant experience. Definitely appreciate the whole team—especially Nat!”
