“Last week I called Andy in a bit of a panic - my wife's coolant system was leaking and not safe or smart to drive - knowing how popular and busy the Wayne location is. While trying to figure out when he could squeeze me in, Andy asked me what year and the mileage. When I responded he said "why are you calling me, take your car to the dealer and get it fixed under warranty." Only a quality person and honest businessman would say that! “I've been to many places that do oil changes and car washes. In my 50 years of driving, never have I met a more polite and organized manager than Ray. Ray is first class. He makes it a point to tell the truth and point out things that need to be taken care of without taking advantage. I was shocked when I found out that my wife's car needed a new battery he did the test and showed me I was also shocked that he offered up a coupon when I told him that the other place in Livingston did offer one they said they didn't take it, which is not truthful. “Stopped here because my tire pressure light came on. Guys put it up on the lift, checked all the tires and found that the lug nuts weren’t even tight enough. So much for going to a dealership that specializes in this car and can’t even tighten the lugs or fill the tires correctly. Best part owner didn’t even charge me. Get your service here, they deserve the business.”
