My husband and I went there seeking assistance with a problem we were experiencing—and they certainly did help us! The young woman who assisted us was a very kind and patient person, providing excellent customer service. Thank you so much; the service was truly outstanding. If I could give a thousand stars for such great service, I would.”

The postal service is actually my favorite branch in the Federal government. You should feel lucky you can mail a letter across the country for only 73 cents. If it were Fedex or UPS it would be $5.00. Super efficient.”
“My bad for not getting the name of the super helpful woman who works there. I was there at approx 2:30 in the afternoon. She obviously takes pride in her work and treats people with respect, as if she were the owner of that business. At times over the years when I impressed a customer with hard work and respect, they have said "where did you find HIM?", meant in a complimentary way. Hey USPS, where did you find HER!?”

“The people that work out of the Wanaque post office are very helpful and go out of their way to help their customers it's a shame that USPS is such a terrible organization that when you have a problem you cannot get in touch with any body it is Mid March and we are just getting some Christmas cards delivered UPS just outright sucks”
“Called the office today after one of my packages were marked being returned to sender because of incomplete address. I called my local post office and spoke with a gentleman who was very courteous and very professional on the phone. Not only did he find my package, he took all of my complete information and offered to help me with any other issues. He went above and beyond to make sure I was a raving fan. “They have exemplary customer service when I stop by in person, but I do keep getting other people’s mail. Also, the town isn’t all that big, if they set out at 07:10 to do their route(s), then why is it that In almost 10 hours it hasn’t arrived. I live not even 2 minutes away. Aside from that, they’re a grade A post office.”

“All the stars for John, who helped me with passport things today. Negative stars for the woman taking pictures for the passport and processing- she rolled her eyes and huffed when I had a question. In general she was super rude, and I was nothing but polite? If it had been busy I might have understood the frustration, but it wasn't and she didn't even try to help get my documents correct.”

“Idk what's up with that fake review but there is no bike parking. It's just for cars. It's really sad the city of Wayne should really install a full length sidewalk on pompton plain crossroad to make it more accessible by foot. It would be better for the environment to make the city more walkable and better for our health.
On the bright side this location keeps the lobby open on Saturdays just to drop off mail securely. No attendants that day but the mail drop off remains open.
Like most USPS they are short staffed so things might take a while if you have some old folks ahead of you figuring things out but overall okay experience dropping off mail here.
Oh I do think there should be better signage for the passport line. That part is kinda confusing. I saw an older gentleman that unfortunately had to be redirected after waiting in the passport line bc it seems like it's all the same for mail stuff.”

“I recently moved to this neighborhood from Lake Hiawatha, and it’s always good to have basic stores like USPS, CVS, etc., nearby. Luckily, this USPS is less than a mile from my place.
I had to send a package to Boston, so I stopped by around 11 AM on a weekday. The store was almost empty — probably not as busy as the other USPS nearby — good for me because there was zero wait time.
The place is small but has all the usual services, including passports. I spoke with the staff member for a couple of minutes, and he seemed very friendly and helpful.
They also have a locker facility, and there’s plenty of parking. It’s municipal parking, I think, and just a block off the main road in Lincoln Park”

Each post office sent me to a different location until I ended up at this location. The clerk on duty handled.my transaction with no issue, was friendly and very helpful.”
